Happy Friday everyone! Cheers to the weekend! Here is a little cocktail recipe that we whipped up this evening to go with our BBQ Pulled Pork Quesadillas.
What you need:
- Wet the rim of your glass and then dip the rim onto a plate of salt.
- In a glass, muddle fresh jalapeno and cilantro.
- Add ice and pour margarita mix in.
- Sprinkle chili powder on top, and then lightly stir to mix.
- Garnish with jalapeno slices and a wedge of lime.
